02Which networks does the Brazil eSIM use?
The plans connect to Claro, TIM, Vivo, with 4G/LTE in cities; 5G in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasília. Coverage spans São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Recife, Fortaleza, Iguazu Falls, and the Amazon (urban hubs only). Each plan page lists its networks and whether they offer 3G, 4G or 5G.
03Anything special about using an eSIM in Brazil?
Amazon rainforest interior and rural Bahia have limited coverage. Vivo generally has the strongest signal along the Northeast tourist corridor (Salvador, Recife, Natal). Carnival period in Rio has very congested networks.
04When does my Brazil plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Brazil, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
05How do I install the eSIM?
The QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM and scan it. Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. It takes about two minutes; the help center has the step-by-step version.
06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

07What happens when the data runs out?
Add more data from My eSIMs in a minute, or switch on auto top-up after checkout and the same plan is added by itself at 90% used. Daily plans get cheaper per day the more days you buy at once.
08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
