03Anything special about using an eSIM in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong has some of the world's densest mobile coverage including the MTR subway, Star Ferry, and the Peak Tram. Many plans here also work in Macao on the same eSIM — check plan details. China mainland coverage is NOT included on Hong Kong-only plans.

05How do I install the eSIM?

06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

07What happens when the data runs out?
Add more data from My eSIMs in a minute, or switch on auto top-up after checkout and the same plan is added by itself at 90% used. Daily plans get cheaper per day the more days you buy at once.
08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
