The plans connect to M1, SingTel, Starhub, with 4G/LTE and 5G nationwide. Coverage spans all of Singapore including Changi Airport, Marina Bay, and Sentosa. Each plan page lists its networks and whether they offer 3G, 4G or 5G.
03Anything special about using an eSIM in Singapore?
A Singapore-only eSIM does not include Malaysia or Indonesia. Travelers crossing into Johor Bahru or Batam should consider a regional Southeast Asia plan instead.
04When does my Singapore plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Singapore, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
05How do I install the eSIM?

08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
