02Which networks does the Mexico eSIM use?
The plans connect to AT&T, Telcel, with 4G/LTE in cities and tourist areas; 5G in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Cancún. 03Anything special about using an eSIM in Mexico?
Telcel has the widest coverage across the Yucatán Peninsula tourist sites (Chichén Itzá, cenotes, Riviera Maya). Mountain areas in Chiapas can be patchy. Border city eSIMs work normally.
04When does my Mexico plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Mexico, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
05How do I install the eSIM?

06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

07What happens when the data runs out?
Add more data from My eSIMs in a minute, or switch on auto top-up after checkout and the same plan is added by itself at 90% used. Daily plans get cheaper per day the more days you buy at once.
08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
