03When does my Latvia plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Latvia, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
04How do I install the eSIM?

05Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

06What happens when the data runs out?

07Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
