5. eSIM Purchase and Activation

5.1 Purchase

When you purchase an eSIM from VoyaSIM, you are purchasing a license to use mobile data services for a specified period and data allowance. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5.2 Activation

eSIM activation requires scanning the QR code provided after purchase. The validity period of your eSIM plan begins when you first connect to a supported network, not at the time of purchase.

5.3 Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchase. VoyaSIM is not liable for any issues arising from device incompatibility.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate and complete
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

7. Data Usage and Fair Use Policy

Our eSIM plans are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if we detect:

• Excessive or abnormal data usage patterns
• Sharing of data connection (tethering) beyond reasonable personal use
• Use for commercial purposes without authorization
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The eSIM has not been activated or used
• Request is made within 30 days of purchase
• Technical issues prevent activation (verified by our support team)

No refunds will be provided for:

• Partially used data plans
• Change of travel plans
• Device incompatibility (if not verified before purchase)
