How Voyalty works
There is nothing to activate and no points to convert: Voyalty is plain dollars in your account balance.
- Buy signed in. Any eSIM or top-up on voyasim.io or in the VoyaSIM app, with your free VoyaSIM account.
- 3% comes back. Once the eSIM is issued, usually within a minute of paying, 3% of what you paid by card lands in your Voyalty balance.
- Spend it on the next trip. At checkout, switch on “Use my balance” and it comes off the order total.
What you earn per order
Voyalty is worked out on the amount you actually pay, after coupons, hot offers and multi-day discounts. It applies to every plan size and every destination, including regional and global plans.

Voyalty is 3% of what you pay by card after any discount, rounded to the cent (a $0.50 plan earns $0.02).
Spending your balance
When your balance can cover part of an order, checkout shows a “Use my balance” switch with the amount available. Turn it on and the balance comes off the total; the rest is paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. At least $1.00 of every order is always paid that way, so a balance never covers a whole order.
- Your balance appears next to your profile at the top of the page and under Account Settings.
- The part of an order paid with balance doesn’t earn new Voyalty; the part paid by card does.
- Top-ups count as orders: adding data to an eSIM you already have, or an automatic top-up, earns Voyalty too.
Earn more with friends
Every account has a personal referral code under Account Settings. Friends who use it get 10% off their order, and you get 10% of what they pay as Voyalty, on top of the 3% from your own orders. The code is for friends only: it can’t be used on your own checkout.
The rules in plain words
- Voyalty is earned on orders paid by card while signed in, on voyasim.io or in the VoyaSIM app. Guest checkouts and App Store or Google Play in-app purchases don’t earn it.
- It lands when the eSIM or top-up is issued. If an order is refunded, the Voyalty from it is taken back.
- Voyalty is store credit: it has no cash value, can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and closes with your account.
- We may change the Voyalty rate or end the program; balance you already earned stays usable for purchases. The full wording is in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

Does Voyalty work on top-ups and automatic top-ups?
Yes. Adding data to an eSIM you already have earns Voyalty the same way, including the automatic top-ups that refill an eSIM when it runs low.
What happens to Voyalty if I get a refund?
The Voyalty from that order is taken back, in proportion to what was refunded.
Can I withdraw Voyalty as cash?
No. Voyalty is store credit for eSIMs and top-ups on voyasim.io. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred to another account.
