02Which networks does the Greece eSIM use?
The plans connect to Vodafone, Wind, with 4G/LTE nationwide; 5G in Athens and Thessaloniki. Coverage spans Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Rhodes, Corfu, Meteora, Naxos, and Paros. Each plan page lists its networks and whether they offer 3G, 4G or 5G.
03Anything special about using an eSIM in Greece?
All popular Cyclades and Dodecanese islands (Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, Rhodes) have excellent 4G. Smaller islands and remote monasteries (Mount Athos restricted area aside) can drop to 3G. Ferries between islands usually have signal near port and shore.
04When does my Greece plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Greece, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
05How do I install the eSIM?
The QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM and scan it. Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. It takes about two minutes; the help center has the step-by-step version.
06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
