02Which networks does the Egypt eSIM use?
The plans connect to Etisalat, Orange, Vodafone, with 4G/LTE in tourist areas and cities; 5G in Cairo and Alexandria. Coverage spans Cairo, Giza Pyramids, Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm el-Sheikh, and Marsa Alam. Each plan page lists its networks and whether they offer 3G, 4G or 5G.
03Anything special about using an eSIM in Egypt?
Coverage in the Western Desert and Sinai interior is limited — Bedouin camps and remote diving sites can be off-grid. Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh resort areas have strong 4G; Red Sea liveaboard boats lose signal a few km offshore.
04When does my Egypt plan start?

08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
