02Which networks does the Hungary eSIM use?
The plans connect to Telenor Hungary, Vodafone, with 4G/LTE nationwide; 5G in Budapest and Debrecen. Coverage spans Budapest, Lake Balaton, Eger, Pécs, and the Tokaj wine region. Each plan page lists its networks and whether they offer 3G, 4G or 5G.
03Anything special about using an eSIM in Hungary?
Budapest has full 5G. Lake Balaton resort areas have strong 4G. The Budapest metro — including the historic M1 yellow line — has working coverage in most stations and tunnels.
04When does my Hungary plan start?

05How do I install the eSIM?

06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
