03Anything special about using an eSIM in Canada?
For trips that cross between USA and Canada (Niagara, road trips, business travel), a USA + Canada combined regional plan is usually cheaper than buying two separate country plans. Northern territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) have spotty coverage outside major towns.
04When does my Canada plan start?
At the first connection to a network in Canada, not when you buy or install it. Install at home over Wi‑Fi; the days start counting when you land.
05How do I install the eSIM?

06Do I keep my phone number and WhatsApp?

08Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, as long as the eSIM was never activated. A technical problem that stops activation is refunded too; write to support with your order number.
