VoyaSIM's South Africa eSIM connects to MTN, Vodacom, or Cell C (varies by plan), with 4G/LTE in cities and tourist routes; 5G in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban. Coverage spans Cape Town, Johannesburg, the Garden Route, Kruger National Park, and Stellenbosch wine country.
Good to know: Vodacom has the widest Kruger coverage including most game drive routes. Some rural Eastern Cape and Northern Cape areas are 3G-only. Load-shedding (scheduled power outages) can briefly affect cell towers in residential areas.
How it works: Choose a plan above, complete checkout, and receive your QR code by email. On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan and scan. On Android, go to Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network → Add Carrier.
