Quick answer
Open the eSIM in My eSIMs (website or app) and tap "Add more data". You will see the top-up options for that eSIM with their prices; pay and the data is added to the same eSIM, with no new QR code and no reinstall. A few plans have no top-up: for those, buy a new plan.
How to top up
- Sign in and open My eSIMs, or the eSIM in the VoyaSIM app.
- Tap Add more data on the eSIM that is running low.
- Pick a top-up (the same plan again, or another size) and pay. The data lands on the eSIM within about a minute and you get a confirmation email.
Good to know
- A top-up adds data to the eSIM you already have: no new QR code, nothing to reinstall.
- Plans marked "no top-up" on the plan page cannot be extended; buy the next plan instead and install its QR code.
- Guest purchases have no My eSIMs page. Sign in on the same browser you bought with to attach the order to an account, then top up from there.
