My eSIMs (website) and the VoyaSIM app show the data used and remaining and the days left for every eSIM. The app also notifies you at 50% and 80% used and when the data is finished; without the app, the same alerts arrive by email.
Where to look
- My eSIMs → open the eSIM: used, remaining, expiry and the top-up options.
- The VoyaSIM iOS app shows the same and sends the usage notifications.
- Your phone's own counter (Settings → Cellular) resets on your schedule, so it rarely matches the plan exactly; the My eSIMs figure is the one that counts.

How current is the usage figure?
Usage reaches us from the partner network in steps, so the figure can lag real use by an hour or two.
I did not get the 80% alert
The 80% and 100% alerts are skipped when auto top-up is on, because the refill handles it. The 50% notice is always sent.
