Nine times out of ten this is a setting: the VoyaSIM line must be switched on, Data Roaming must be on for that line, and it must be the line selected for mobile data. Toggle airplane mode off and on after changing them. If there is still no service, pick one of the plan's partner networks manually.
Fix it in order
- Line on. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → VoyaSIM line → "Turn On This Line". Android: SIMs → VoyaSIM → on.
- Data Roaming on for the VoyaSIM line (it is off by default on every new line).
- Mobile data uses the VoyaSIM line. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data. Android: SIMs → Mobile data → VoyaSIM.
- Airplane mode on, wait 10 seconds, off. This forces a fresh network search.
- Pick a network by hand. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → VoyaSIM line → Network Selection → switch off Automatic and choose one of the networks named on your plan page. Android: the same under the line's "Network operators".
- Restart the phone if the line still shows "No service".
Still nothing?
Write to support@voyasim.io with the phone model, the country you are in and a screenshot of the line's settings. We can see the eSIM's status on our side and tell you whether it has ever connected.
Frequently asked questions
The line shows "SOS" or "No service"
That means no network has accepted the line yet. Work through the six steps above; manual network selection fixes most cases.
Data works but calls do not
That is expected. The eSIM is data only; calls go through your home SIM or through apps such as WhatsApp.
